Our assessment will usually take just a short time and involve looking at some key questions about the use of phones in your business including:

• How many calls do you receive each day
• How many people work in the business?
• What are the most important features you have or need?
• What is your internet connection like for speed and reliability?
• What is your budget for the project?

Once we have this information we are in a better position to carry out an assessment of what you need.  For example, if you get a lot of calls into the business you might want a system that can keep a digital backup of these calls.  But if you have a poor internet connection then VOIP systems might not be an ideal solution.
